Pay as you go ...

£60 - Per hour, technical support, consultancy or hands on work, when not covered within a separate quote or service plan, charged by 15 minute blocks

£40 - Travel charge, for on-site work or consultation within 25 driven miles of CB7 5ZR, including time spent on the road and minor costs incurred both ways

£3 - Excess travel, per mile

£400 - Per day, discount rate up to 8 hours including travel within 25 miles of CB7 5ZR

Above does not include expenses on parking or public transport where somewhere to park on-site is not available!

Service plan (not currently offered) ...

£75 - Per computer user, per month - includes end user technical support, remote monitoring and management for their desktop and/or laptop

£175 - Per site, per month - includes broadband, WiFi and basic networking maintenance plus general IT advice on site needs

£100 - First tenancy/directory, Active Directory / Office 365 / Google G-Suite maintenance & basic administration, per month

£75 - Additional tenancies/directories, Active Directory / Office 365 / Google G-Suite maintenance & basic administration, per month

£100 - Per physical server, per month - includes technical support, service maintenance, remote monitoring and management

£75 - Per virtual server or NAS device, per month - includes technical support, service maintenance, remote monitoring and management

Above includes basic administration of regular backups once set up, but not the implementation of nor any hardware costs or service charges attached. There will be a cost to "onboard" your organisation, charged at our hourly rates above. Basic administration or maintenance includes day to day changes, minor requests and "housekeeping", but not implementation of new features, major company-wide changes or reorganisations.

£199 - Annual charge for a home user, covering up to an hour's advice and support on personal needs per month, on anything and everything IT related.

Menu Services ...

7.5% - Sourcing & purchase advice, a percentage of the purchase is invoiced as a separate service charge for our time preparing the recommendation, minimum £15, when we are not the supplier. Not applicable to home users within their monthly time.

£100 - "PC Build", Business - setting up operating system, drivers, utility and business software and local/directory accounts as agreed on a computer for a new or existing end-user

£60 - "PC Build", Home - setting up and patching operating system, drivers, and basic software utilities on a new or used computer

£30 - Hands-on diagnosis & repair quotation for hardware/software errors on laptops, computers and servers

£30 - Secure SSD/Hard Drive erasure & Certificate (+£60 operating system and driver install for re-use/staff sale)

£0 - Disposal of working desktops, laptops, servers and peripherals under 10 years old - where applicable, includes free secure erase & certificate as above

£10 - Shipping & packing for laptop or compact desktop computer, one way, as required
