Charities and other verifiable non-profits will pay the same basic rates, but receive special treatment from BeardyTech:

• Up to 1 hours consultancy on new requirements will be provided free of charge

• Time spent will be rounded down to the closest full 15 minute block, not up

• Per mile travel surcharges will be waived up to 35 miles

• Out-of-hour support (where available) provided at standard rates

• Discounts on new and refurbished equipment
